Reiki Treatments

When you arrive for your appointment I'll welcome you into a lovingly prepared, safe space.

Arrive in any state, kick off your shoes and leave your worries at the door. Let me know what you want to get out of the treatment.(No judgment. Assured confidentiality).If you are not ready to talk, that's fine too. The Reiki energy goes where it's needed.

Now it's time to relax (in your comfy clothes) under a warm blanket on the treatment table.

Then simply drift off into the soothing music and enjoy this restorative time just for you!

Take your time afterwards to gently adjust to your treatment with a tea or water. You will be very relaxed so try not to rush off to anything strenuous or stressful afterwards.

A little about me...

I found Reiki after a career in mental health, coaching and the corporate world. Meditation, intuition and spirituality have always been a valuable part of my life. Reiki was the thread that pulled everything together.

My approach is compassionate and practical with lived experience of big life events such as parenting, marriage (and divorce!), house renovations, career challenges, grief and bereavement. I don't claim to understand your exact experience but I do understand what it takes to dig deep and find authentic ways to heal, grow and get through the challenging times. Reiki, meditation and spirituality help me to live my life with a calm nervous system, honed intuition, an open heart and a greater sense of peace.
